Empower_AI is not a credit repair organization, credit counseling agency, law firm, accounting firm, financial advisor, broker, dealer, lender, or fiduciary, and nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or credit-repair advice. You should consult qualified, licensed professionals before making any financial decision. Reliance on any information provided is solely at your own risk.

Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including any change to your credit score, financial profile, debts, income, or any dispute outcome. Past performance, testimonials, examples, and projections are not promises of future results.

Products and services are sold through our third-party storefront at stan.store/Empower_AI. All purchases, payments, fulfillment, refunds, and customer support for those transactions are governed by Stan Store's terms, refund policies, and the specific product description at the time of purchase. Empower_AI is not responsible for transactions, technical issues, or disputes occurring on third-party platforms.

You may cancel your Empower_AI Membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing. If you have questions about cancellation, contact us at empowerai26@gmail.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or infringing purpose.
• Reproduce, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our written permission.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or breach the security of the Services.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Harass, abuse, defame, or harm any person, including Empower_AI personnel.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Empower_AI name and mark, images, audio, video, designs, and software — is owned by Empower_AI or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

By submitting any content to us (including through forms, email, or social media), you grant Empower_AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources, including Stan Store. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMPOWER_AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL EMPOWER_AI, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EMPOWER_AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Empower_AI and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any rights of another, or (d) any content you submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provision below, any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services (a "Dispute") will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, in Los Angeles, California (or by phone or video where permitted). The arbitrator's award is final and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. YOU AND EMPOWER_AI EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for qualifying disputes. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing empowerai26@gmail.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and arbitration.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Empower_AI regarding the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely.
